Pickin Pecans is gonna have to wait......

Because my baby turns 1 today! I only had one more post to catch up, but I am putting it on the back burner for this precious child.

Sweet Shands introduced himself to us November 25, 2008, and we have been in love with him ever sense.

Would you like to know him a little better? Yes! Ok. Shands is his own person. I can already tell. He is so much fun!! He absolutely loves to be chased. When he sees you coming, he will smile laugh and crawl as fast as he can to see if you will chase him. Then he lets out the cutest squeal. Out doors is his favorite place to be, that is if you don't count the dishwasher. He thinks his brother hung the moon. Seriously, if you could see burritos face when Finn walks in the room, you would know exactly what I mean. It's precious. He would stay in the bath tub all day if I let him, he's a fish. He loves music. If he hears music he will stop, listen for the beat, and start dancing. I sure hope he inherited uncle Kevin's gift of music. Now, don't let me fool you, it's not all a bowl of cherries. I would gladly pay someone $5 a diaper to change his dirty diapers. The boy HATES to be changed!! Some how, every time I have to change a dirty diaper, Shands gets this super human strength to defy me. It is impossible to change a dd without getting poop on you. lovely. Even with all the poop, I wouldn't change a thing. Baby burrito has my heart. Shands, you could not have come on a more perfect holiday, I am so truly thankful for you.
