Forth of July was great!! For most of us, poor Hollis broke out in some sort of crazy rash all over her body. You can't really see it here very well but it was crazy bad, it didn't seem to bother her, she's a trooper like that. We headed to my friend Carson's parents house, we have gone for the past couple of years. Big Bob and Googoo are so gracious to all of our families and kids. We offer to bring stuff each year, but they wont let us, they provide all the food and it is INCREDIBLE!! They also have this huge bowl of peanut m&m's, aka bowl of temptation. It's dangerous, there is no telling how many bags I have eaten!!!

Googoo always has a room for all the kids to nap, but she has learned the sofa is fine for mine. They sleep through most anything.
We had a great time. We got to catch up with some old friends the Sticklers, but it's just like me to be too busy talking to break out the camera. I got these pictures when we were the last ones there as usual, I think this year we even stayed for dinner too.
Time flies!! I have a picture of Finn and Robert on this same jumpy thing, except they are about 2 ft shorter!! It just hit me:( my little boy is growing up!! If you know me, you know this hits me every morning when they wake up. Never wish any stage away, even if its hard. Embrace it Cherish it love it!! I am forever grateful my mom taught me that.

Around here they have a couple of nights of fireworks. we went to Carson's the 2nd so this must be the 3rd. We spent the majority of the time at the pool before we headed to the grand hotel for their 4th of July celebration which is actually the 3rd of July:)
Peyton sure does love Hollis, she likes the attention too.
Hollis and Ann Carol who Finn and Shands call "aunt" Carol. They totally crack me up!!!

Poor Burrito, his swim suite kept falling down. He and Finn have the same one, and I accidentally put Finn's on him.

After the colony we threw on clothes and road over to the Grand for their celebration. It felt really "southern" I liked it!!
The next day we headed to the bluff for their fireworks and concert.
I am so thankful for our Independence!! and for those who make it possible.
