Just for fun

So... I was tagged by multiple friends, and they were all different types of tags, so instead of doing each one, I just wrote down a bunch of randomness. I hope that is ok? Amber, Emily, Annie, Sally, and Courtney here ya go!! Courtney, I actually can't remember if you tagged me but I thought I would throw you into the mix.

Some things you may not know about me.

Switched at birth, I really was!!! I know it sounds crazy, but they brought my mom the wrong baby. She said to the nurse " Ma'am this is not my baby" the nurse said "of course this is your baby" Mom: " I know my baby and this is not it!!!!!" After the nurse decided to check all the numbers she realized that in fact my mom was right!!!! They had to go get me from down the hall, I was with a whole other family!!!! Praise the Lord!!! my mom caught it. I could not imagine having anybody but my mom to raise me. She was the most perfect mom for me!!

when I get ready, I put on whatever I find first. Michael thinks I am a total loon when he finds me standing in the closet with nothing but my tennis shoes on.

One day my family and I will probably be on the mission field. Whenever the Lord decides the season for us is . My Mom use to tell me she felt called, and I think she truly fulfilled the Lords calling. She was a six grade teacher. Now if you don't call that a mission field I don't know what is.

I have way to many projects going on. My problem really is I am trying to save money in doing these projects. You see I love to get things when I want them...who doesn't? Well my sweet and loving husband who I think is very wise has us on the Dave Ramsey budget. You know the envelope budget. You get a certain amount of money every 2weeks and when its gone... it's gone. This is my thought, I see something I like , I look at the price tag $2000.00 Whoa!! hey I can make that for about $200.00 and that's in my budget!! Score. The downfall is I have about 5 unfinished projects and a headache. All I really want to do is go give Mr. Ramsey a good swift kick in the pants!!

I have A.D.D. hence the 5 unfinished projects. This has been a real doozie while being pregnant. I can't take my medicine!!! Our house has somewhat been in a state of disaster the last 5 months!!!

My absolute favorite thing to do in the entire world is Laugh!!! I mean you could be any where, any situation and if you are laughing that is where you want to be ... at least for the moment.

I get distracted in movies with great design. I spend most of the movie looking at the house and have to watch the movie all over again. ie something gota give, the holiday, brothers and sisters (the moms house)


I love water parks and Disney World!!! I think a big part of it is, I love feeling like a kid again. Michael said he would take me to Disney for my 30th birthday next year. I am so EXCITED!!!!!

I am completely in love with my son Finn, I think he is the most fascinating, hilarious, fun ,and loving human being.

I really wish I had a singers voice, I would love to rock out and for it to actually sound good. ie Natalie Maine's (the dixie chicks) I love her voice. Too bad Kevin received all the musical talent in the fam. That boy can play any instrument you put in front of him.

I have become a vegetarian in the last two days (don't worry it wont last long) I just heard something really gross about chicken and I can't get it out of my mind. I have been eating baked potatoes and veggies for the last two days.

I don't love being pregnant. I absolutely love what is inside, but the whole swollen feet, nonstop sleepiness's, huge belly, not sure if you can squeeze into the side car thing is a lot to handle.



i have always wanted a British accent!! I even set the GPS in my car to the British woman her, name is nuvs. I even scold her with my British accent when she gives me a wrong turn.

I use to prank call jenny webb and tell her I was the fire Marshall and she was going get a fine for having extension cords and a lit candle in her dorm room ( you are not allowed to have either, and I can make my voice really deep)

I love and hate my dog all at the same time.

I hate roaches!!! I would much rather have a coyote running through my house.

I am a terrible speller. I never sound anything out, I just go with what I think it may look like. Michael loves to read me back my grocery list. He thinks it is so hilarious that 29 yr old ask for Tolite paper!! I guess it kind of is?

My Grand mama is really one of my best friends. we have been through a lot together.

I am married to my best friend, he makes me laugh all the time , loves our son something fierce, keeps me grounded, holds me accountable, and Loves the Lord with all his heart.
